Welcome to Borrow & Lend. By using this web app, you agree to follow these terms.

1. Your account

Use correct information when creating your account. Keep your password and OTP codes safe. Do not allow another person to use your account.

2. Borrowing

A borrower can request a loan. A request is not automatic approval. The team checks the information you send. If accepted, you will receive an offer. You can accept or decline the offer.

3. Lending

A lender can deposit money and choose a lending package. The money you choose is put into that package. Your account will show money in lending, money coming back, and money you can withdraw.

4. Payments

Payment methods are shown when they are available. Mobile Money may ask you to confirm on your phone. Manual payment needs a payment screenshot before your account is updated.

5. ID check

You may be asked to complete an ID check. Upload clear and correct information. Wrong or unclear information may delay your account review.

6. Fees and penalties

Some actions may have fees or penalties. If a fee or penalty applies, it should be shown before or during the action.

7. Paying back a loan

If you accept a loan offer, you must pay back according to the pay back plan shown in your account.

8. Early payout for lenders

If early payout is allowed, the system checks the money in the package, money already returned, and any penalty before paying you back.

9. Wrong information

Do not upload false documents, wrong payment screenshots, or information that is not yours. This can lead to rejection or account action.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the service changes. Please check this page when you need to.
